I have worked with small and medium organisations, as well as not for profit organisations. In particular I am focussing on Owner Managers, Senior Managers in Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s), facing significant change with product, people or processes. In particular organisations that are looking to:

Other areas where I have been able to make a difference are coaching those considered to be young professionals, in developing their careers and personal development.
More recently I have been involved in coaching those in the later years of their working lives where they may be involved in job/role change or simply returning to employment and are faced with an unfamiliar workplace.
