Life Coaching
Life or personal coaching covers aspects of peoples individual lives which are usually (but not limited to) outside of the working enviroment. Some of the typical areas I have covered are:
- Making action plans
- Setting & achieving goals
- Life/work balance
- Career development
- Communication
- Gaining confidence
Coaching is a relationship between coach and client which, rather than dwelling on past events, plans for the future. It focuses on what the client wishes to achieve both in their personal and professional life. It is conducted in a confidential, non-judgemental way, and in a structure that supports the individual to achieve far more than they might on their own.
Communication is typically over the phone, although one to one is possible. the duration of the sessions usually lasts 30 minutes, although these can be adapted to 45 or 60 minutes depending on the clients requirements.
How often?
In the initial stages of the coaching relationship weekly, then fortnightly or monthly depending on the amount of focus required.
Cost of coaching does vary depending on a number of factors including whether it is a phone session or face to face.
